Senior Product Owner | Cork| Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a well established Irish organisation currently investing heavily in its digital transformation programme. This is an opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to take ownership of key digital products, working closely with business and technology teams to deliver customer focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities

• Gather, define, and prioritise business and user requirements across multiple stakeholder groups

• Work closely with development teams to refine user stories and manage product backlogs

• Drive Agile delivery ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define product vision, KPIs, and success metrics

• Analyse customer feedback, market trends, and business data to inform product decisions

• Support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions

• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and provide measurable business value

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or related roles

• Strong background delivering digital products within complex enterprise environments

• Experience working within Agile delivery teams

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable product roadmaps

• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities

• Experience with customer facing digital platforms highly desirable

• Relevant third level qualification preferred
